11:45 a.m. Lunch (We will eat lunch on site. First Baptist Church will provide a boxed lunch for $10 per lunch. All lunches will include a sandwich, chips, fruit, cookie, and drink. You may opt to bring your lunch with you. Please bring snacks to share during breaks.)

If you cannot transport tables, A limited number of 8′ tables will be available for rental on a reserved basis for $10 each. Each group should provide their own bells, pads, chimes, mallets, and music.
