FRIDAY YEC offers two identical sessions since we all can’t fit in the arena at the same time! Depending on your travel time, pick the session of your preference.
4:30 – 6:30 p.m. or
8:30 – 10:30 p.m.

FRIDAY SESSIONS INCLUDE
The Skit Guys, Unhindered, and Joe Castillo

SATURDAY Just like Friday, we offer two identical arena sessions on Saturday.
9:30 – 11:30 a.m. or
2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

SATURDAY ARENA SESSIONS INCLUDE Ed Newton, Unhindered, Joe Castillo, and The Skit Guys (Skit Guys a.m. only)

THE REAL BREAKOUT EXPERIENCE
Included in your YEC registration you are invited to participate in a YEC breakout
session at a Nashville church.
On Saturday morning or afternoon (depending on the time you attend the arena session) lead your teens to participate in a REAL Breakout Experience.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

Choose the session topic that will best meet the needs for your group!

On Saturday all morning breakout sessions run from 9:30 – 11:00.
The Saturday afternoon breakout sessions run from 2:00 – 3:30.

REAL BREAKOUT SESSIONS

FBC Nashville - 108 7th Ave. South,  Nashville
2pm breakout session for this location is filled to capacity and is closed.  If you have previously registered your group for this session and need to add more to your pre-existing order, call Jennie Bowling at 615-371-7933.
“Experiencing God as a Good Father”
Speaker:  Scott Grissom 
Music:  Scott Dente from “Out of the Gray” and Steve Mason from “Jars of Clay”
Focus of session:  What if the way you pursue God comes from a feeling inside that says, “I need to impress God with my actions in order to gain his approval and blessing”?   During this session you will learn that too often we engage God as a supervisor, an enemy, a rich uncle, a dad who is never satisfied, and even a lazy nephew who plays video games all night.  Yet…Jesus is none of those men!

Speaker:  Kevin Shrum
Music:  The Hope Set

Park Avenue Baptist – 4300 Park Ave., Nashville
“Living out the REAL life”
Speaker:  David McCaman
Music:  Micah Huebner
Focus of session:  David will be helping students realize that they play a large part in the grand scheme of God. We will explore the reasons behind student spiritual apathy and challenge students to live on purpose.

If this is all really confusing… here is an example of what your weekend schedule would look like if you participate in both the arena sessions and a breakout session:

FRIDAY Take your group to one arena session at Municipal Auditorium (you pick a time….either 4:30 or 8:30)
(arena session lasts approximately two hours)

SATURDAY Take your group to a breakout session at a church from 9:30 – 11:00 then, go eat lunch and drive back to the arena for the Saturday 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. session. After that, head back home!
During this event, the Executive Board of the Tennessee Baptist Convention (or its agents or designees) will be photographing. You may be photographed.
