We Have a Heart for You: How to be Involved
How do we get started? The best way to start is to gather a team and…
1. Pray. Ask God to show how your association, church, family or group can join Him in what He is doing in your community or area.
2. Identify community needs and potential ministry evangelism projects.
3. Identify available resources – materials, people, experience, potential ministry sites, etc.
4. Brainstorm ways to use the resources to meet the needs.
5. Choose projects for your church or association for February 14.
6. Prepare.
- Pray for God’s presence and blessing.
- Prayerwalk around the locations where the projects will take place.
- Enlist team leaders to coordinate each project.
- Provide any necessary training.
- Plan a follow-up strategy.
- Promote. Recruit. Prepare. Pray.
