Church/community ministries covers multiple areas of ministry:
Baptist Ministry Centers
These are community ministry sites sponsored by churches, associations, or special boards. They include weekday programming and outreach to all ages. Ministries range from day camps to computer classes, Bible studies to health fairs, etc.
Hunger Relief
Requests for hunger relief go through the Strategic Ministries Team to the North American Mission Board for ministry sites in Tennessee.
Literacy Missions
Volunteers can serve as tutors in two areas:

Adult Reading/Writing

Tutoring Children/Youth
Ministry to Sight-Impaired Persons

Includes annual weekend retreat in July at either CarsonSprings or LindenValley Baptist Conference Centers.

Tennessee Baptist Fellowship of the Blind.
Weekday Ministries
Includes after-school activities, backyard Bible clubs, day camps, sports evangelism, computer ministry, gang ministry, medical missions, adult Bible studies, parenting classes, and more.
Resort Missions
Ministry at venues ranging from city parks to parades, state parks to county fairs, Great Smoky Mountains National Park..."the sky's the limit!" This is innovative ministry in its purest form.
