East Tennessee is the best place to explore rugged trails on a mountain bike. We will have a three-day, two-night adventure. We will set up base camp at Paint Creek Campground, and then spend several hours each day biking two different trails. Chimney Rock to Paint Mountain trail and Meadow Creek Mountain Trail to Polecat Hollow Road Trail.

You will start your adventure at Carson Springs Conference Center for one night stay and breakfast the next morning. After breakfast we will load up our bikes and gear. Then we will travel to Paint Creek Campground where our base camp will be set up for us. From there, lunch and on to the trail. During your trip you will experience delicious meals each day prepared at our campsite. We will set up large roomy tents to give us a good night’s rest. Vault Toilets are available at the campsite. This campground does not have showers. If you are inexperienced or experienced, you will be challenged and enjoy the fellowship.

Your experience will allow you to get away from the busyness of your ministry in quiet and tranquil surroundings. You also will be able to interact with like-minded pastors from across the state.

Cost $185 This includes 8 meals, transportation, one night lodging at Carson Springs, and two nights lodging at the campground. For more information, call 423-623-2764 or email kperrigan@tnbaptist.org.
