PURPOSE:
Prepare and equip ministers to fully utilize the unique ministry opportunities in the interim period between the departure of one pastor and the arrival of another.
SOME TOPICS TO BE COVERED:
The Duties, Skills and Objectives of the TIP; Conflict Management Skills; Leading the Church to Plan for the Future; Suggested Preaching During the Transition; Assisting the Pastor Search Process; Preparing the Church for the New Pastor; Church Health and Revitalization during the Interim
COST:
$350 (includes registration, seminar materials, meals, and lodging)
$225 (registration, materials, and meals only – lodging not included)
While there is no programming for wives, they are welcome to attend and enjoy the scenic beauty of Linden Valley Conference Center. There will be an additional cost of $60 for meals.
Registration ends February 1st. There will be an additional fee for late registration.
