Tennessee stretches from the Mississippi Delta to the Smoky Mountains, with farmlands, cities, and small communities in between. Across this landscape are more than 3,000 Tennessee Baptist churches, home to nearly a million Baptists. To support them, the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board has deployed Harvest Field Team leaders to work on the front lines with churches, pastors, and associational missionaries. These leaders serve as connectors, coaches, and catalysts—equipping leaders, solving problems, encouraging the discouraged, filling pulpits, teaching, or simply listening. Together, we can ensure every pastor is supported, every member grows spiritually, every child and parent is grounded in the Gospel, every church has strong leaders, and every city has multiplying churches—until every Tennessean hears the Gospel.
