Join us for this online gathering of Tennessee Baptists as we celebrate together how God has worked in and through Tennessee Baptist churches during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although virtual Summit will have no business sessions or voting (and no messengers), it will be an opportunity for all Tennessee Baptists to be encouraged by TBC President Bruce Chesser, TBMB President/Executive Director Randy C. Davis and other guest speakers.
Also included in this two-hour virtual event:
- Stories of how God has “Done a New Thing” in churches across our state
- Guided prayer time
- Barber Shop conversation
- Special Musical Guests
Singer/songwriter/novelist Andrew Peterson believes in the power of story in the human experience. It’s this belief that fuels the motivation behind his 20-year passion project, Behold the Lamb of God, a recorded concept album and live concert event that tells of the coming of Christ.
HighRoad is a Grammy-nominated group with their roots in country, bluegrass, Gospel and contemporary Christian music. They won the 2018 Singing News New Artist of the Year. Whether through story or song, the women of HighRoad are pressing on towards all God has called them to become. They are trusting He will make their paths straight as they submit to Him, and no matter what lies ahead, they’ll be going wherever the high road leads.
Also featuring the Tennessee Men’s Choral and Tennessee Ladies Chorus Virtual Choir with over 90 musicians from across Tennessee.
