The Amy Hood Adoption Endowment Fund was established by the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board to provide financial grants for Tennessee Baptist families seeking to adopt children. Named in honor of Amy Hood, a passionate adoption advocate who helped her own family adopt three children internationally, the endowment aims to build a substantial fund to support adoptions for years to come. With more than 7,500 children in Tennessee foster care needing adoption and well over 100,000 children nationally awaiting forever families, this fund helps remove financial barriers so children can find loving, Christian homes.
Applications are accepted throughout the year with multiple deadlines, so families can apply when they’re ready for their adoption journey. The upcoming application deadlines are listed below. If you miss one deadline, simply apply for the next available cycle.
