Harvest Field Ministry is a regional approach to serving Tennessee Baptist Convention churches in six geographic areas in Tennessee. Harvest Field Team Leaders reside and serve as the primary contact for associational leaders, pastors, and churches in their respective Harvest Field. The goal of Harvest Field Ministry is to encourage churches to be more effective in reaching, baptizing, and discipling more people than ever before and to serve churches as needed. The seventh Harvest Field is made up of all the ethnic churches in all six Harvest Fields. Please use the map below to contact a Catalyst in your region.
