A review of leadership steps designed to transition a church from its current place in its life-cycle in preparation for the next pastor, with a special focus on:
- Duties, Skills and Objectives of the TIP
- Leading the Church to Plan for the Future
- Suggested Preaching During the Transition
- Assisting the Pastor Search Process
- Preparing the Church for the New Pastor
- Assessing and Addressing Church Health during the Interim
- Seeking to Resolve Areas of Conflict within the Congregation

While there is no programming for wives, they are welcome to attend and enjoy the scenic beauty of the conference center. There will be an additional cost of $70 for the five meals provided during the conference.
