The minimum age is 14 years. Certain positions require 16 years or 17 years of age depending upon the responsibilities. Federal law covers those requirements.

What are the requirements for employment?

All prospective employees must complete an application and if offered conditional employment must successfully pass a criminal background screening (18 years and above), document legal right to work in the United States. Other screenings may be necessary.

Most positions are part-time or seasonal and will have varied hours and days including weekends.

No. However, you must be a member of an evangelical Christian church.

Will I have much interaction with guests during their events?

It depends on the position. All staff are expected to excel in customer service and ensure all guests have a great experience. Therefore, some interaction will occur naturally.
